Randy Bernard Echols, 68, died July 29, 2025.

Born Oct. 21, 1956, he joined the U.S. Navy upon graduation from Sikeston Senior High School class of 1974. He served aboard the Navy aircraft supercarrier USS America and retired from the City of St. Louis Treasurer’s office in 2020 after 19 years.

A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 5, 2025, at Reliable Funeral Home, 3958 Washington Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63108; (314) 535-1319.

Military Service and Inurnment will be at 12:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 5, 2025, at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, 2900 Sheridan Road, St. Louis, MO 63125
