OKLAHOMA CITY — Gov. Kevin Stitt named three business leaders on Thursday to take roles as key members of his administration.
The governor named Donelle Harder as the new secretary of state, David Ostrowe as the state's chief operating officer and Dustin Hilliary as his new senior advisor.
All have extensive backgrounds in business and government. Harder and Ostrowe held roles during Stitt's first term in office, and Hilliary has served on the Board of State Regents for Higher Education.
In a release, Stitt said the appointments will “strengthen leadership, drive operational excellence, and reinforce governance” across his administration as he concludes his final year and a half as Oklahoma’s governor.
