Buehler gets his first shot Friday in Philadelphia when he takes the ball for the first game of a three-game series against Kansas City.
The 31-year-old Buehler, who helped the Dodgers to World Series titles in 2020 and 2024, was released by the Boston Red Sox in August after going 7-7 with a 5.45 ERA in 23 games, 22 of which were starts.
