As Miranda Priestley and Andie Sachs face off for round two 20 years later, one new face is soaking in the moment.

Following Pauline Chalamet ‘s casting in The Devil Wears Prada 2 , the actress noted “can’t even talk about it completely yet” while revealing her reaction to finding out she was cast in the sequel, alongside returning stars Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway .

“I blacked out. So I don’t remember,” Chalamet told People . “I kind of didn’t believe it until I was given dates. I kind of went, ‘Oh, you pranked me, that’s not really going to happen.’ And then I was given the blueprint for the looks.”
