SAULT STE. MARIE — Special 9/11 remembrance ceremonies were held at the International Bridge.
Local law enforcement agencies and first responders joined customs and border protection at 8:46 to remember that fateful day 24 years ago.
A short distance away, at the Lake Superior State Campus, dignitaries, staff, students and the general public took time out of their morning to listen to stories about those who were affected by the events of 9/11.
