PHOENIX — Vestar, one of the largest private retail real estate companies in the western U.S., announced plans to move forward with the 90-acre Laveen Towne Center.
It would be another addition to Vestar’s ever-growing Valley portfolio that also includes the Verrado Marketplace, Legacy Park in Mesa, Desert Ridge Marketplace in Phoenix, Tempe Marketplace, Queen Creek Marketplace and part ownership of the Scottsdale Quarter.
The Laveen Towne Center is set to break ground in the summer of 2026 and plans to open in the winter of 2027.
