Packers receiver Jayden Reed was ruled out in the middle of Thursday’s game against the Commanders with a shoulder injury, Green Bay announced .
Reed, 25, suffered the injury while catching a deep pass in the end zone early in the first quarter, though a flag on the play negated the reception.
After falling hard on his right shoulder, Reed was slow to get up. The team initially said his return was questionable before ruling him out shortly before the third quarter.
