Mourners poured into a Connellsville church Thursday for 9-year-old Renesmay Eutsey’s funeral.

“It’s truly amazing to see the community come together for someone who was failed so horribly in this world,” said Bethany Moscalink, a funeral director at Paul G. Fink Funeral Home. Advertisement

People showed up to Renesmay’s visitation and funeral service at Mt. Olive Evangelical Church wearing shirts with her photo and holding balloons. Cars in the parking lot displayed the words, “Justice for Renesmay.”

Renesmay was found dead in the Youghiogheny River last week. Kourtney Eutsey and Sarah Shipley were both charged with homicide.
