Loved ones are searching for a Southern California woman who has been missing for days.

Lavonta Brown, 30, was reported missing on Sept. 8, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Brown, who is considered at-risk, was last seen on the 1000 block of West Carson Street in Torrance. 

She is described as a Black woman who stands at 5 feet 6 inches and weighs 167 pounds. She has brown eyes, black hair and a tattoo on the right side of her neck. She was last seen wearing an olive-green shirt and dark-colored pants.

It’s unclear where she may have been heading when she disappeared. Her family noted that she has a mental health disorder.

They have not heard from her since and are very concerned for her well-being.
