Orlando's Fire Station No. 1 and city leaders remember the most devastating terrorist attack in U.S. history.

Since 2002, the fire department has held this ceremony, and District Chief Michael Stallings was among those who started it.

"We always made a promise, the entire world made a promise to never forget after Sept. 11, and the Orlando Fire Department has made that promise every year to always remember those that were killed on this day 24 years ago,” Stallings said.
