SALISBURY — The Riot at New Sarum event on Saturday in Salisbury was disrupted by heavy rainfall, but determined attendees made sure not to let it rain on their party.
“Despite the weather, it went quite well,” Bread Riot Vice President Trish Dunn said. “The bands were good. We had to move them into the room where they brewed the beer, but people did not run when the rain came. They hunkered down and stayed.”
Eventgoers utilized tents and umbrellas on the property as well as an inflatable cover that one of the musical acts C.J. Sunshine brought to the venue.
