Some Frederick voters say they received ballots not meant for them

At least two residents in Frederick reported that they were mistakenly sent other people's ballots in the city's Democratic primary.

City Clerk Phyllis Hane on Thursday confirmed that she heard from a Republican who said she had been sent a ballot for the city's Democratic primary.
