FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WTVD) -- A woman is now dead and a man is injured Friday morning in a Fayetteville shooting, police told Eyewitness News.

It happened Thursday just before 11 p.m. along the 2500 block of Caledonia Circle. Officers found a woman and a man who had both been shot.

Both victims were taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in critical condition. The woman died from her injuries there.

The names of the victims have not been released yet. More details will be released.
