The grieving relatives of the victims of violent protests in Nepal carried out funerals on Friday in Kathmandu.

The bodies were taken to the Pashupatinath temple where they were cremated according to Hindu rituals.

Dozens of people were killed in the violent protests on Monday and Tuesday which saw the collapse of the previous government.

Negotiations are ongoing at the President's house to choose a new interim leader.
