BEAUFORT COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) - The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office says the suspect in a Sunday night shooting is in custody.

Theodore Lamont Frazier Jr., 23, faces charges of aggravated breach of peace and pointing and presenting a firearm, deputies say.

Deputies say they arrested the Seabrook man Thursday night shortly before midnight.

Deputies responded to Milledge Village Road in Burton just before 8:30 p.m. Sunday to investigate a report of shots being fired.

No one was injured during the shooting.

He was being held at the Beaufort County Detention Center.
