Two men have been arrested and charged after £65,000 worth of herbal cannabis was found in Ayrshire following a "proactive operation".
At around 2pm on Wednesday, September 10, police stopped and searched a man in Beith.
They recovered around 10kg of herbal cannabis with an estimated street value of £65,000.
Following further enquiries, two men, aged 20 and 59, were arrested and charged in connection with drugs offences
They were due to appear at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court yesterday, Thursday, September 11.
