Active listings and property sales are up across Mesa County.

Bray Real Estate has released its residential report for August 2025, showing a continuous growth in inventory across the county. In August, there were 822 active residential listings, the most for any single month since September 2018 (949).

That figure represents a 38% year-over-year increase from August 2024 (595) and a 5% increase from July (781).

By August’s end, there were 3.1 months of inventory. To compare to past Augusts, there were 2.2 months of inventory in August 2024 and 1.9 months of inventory in August 2023.

Of the active listings, there were 112 in northern Mesa County, 102 in the Redlands, 98 in northeast Mesa County, 83 in Grand Junction, 81 in southeast Mesa County, 78 in Fruita, and 63 in both Clifton and
