Utah Gov. Cox breaks down arrest of Charlie Kirk's alleged shooter, Tyler Robinson

The shooter in the assassination of political activist Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University on Wednesday has been caught after being turned in by family members, according to Utah Gov. Spencer Cox.
