MPs in Sandwell and Birmingham have come together to condemn the attackers who launched a horrifying attack on a young woman in broad daylight in a park in Oldbury.

The woman, in her 20s and of Sikh faith, was attacked by two men off Tame Road at around 8am on Tuesday, September 9. Police are hunting the pair of attackers - one of them white, shaven headed, wearing a black coloured sweatshirt and gloves, the other in a grey top with a silver zip.

Sarah Coombes, MP for West Bromwich, said it was 'absolutely horrible' to hear of the attack. "This type of violence and hatred has no place in our society. I hope justice is found and the victim gets the help needed."
