WARNER ROBINS, Ga. — A Warner Robins man plead guilty on Thursday to armed robbery just over a month after the robbery took place, according to a press release from the Houston County District Attorney's Office.

They say 20-year-old Avery Cole Turner admitted to robbing 478 Vape and Smoke on Aug. 5. That speed is quite abnormal in the legal system with most criminal cases take over a year and beyond to be resolved in court.

But according to the district attorney's office, Turner robbed the store in a red hoodie, black pants, gloves and face cover.

But despite his efforts to conceal his identity, the clerk said that she thought the suspect was one of their regulars but couldn't remember his name.

She also said that she believed the perpetrator had even tried to sell her puppies.
