The Southwestern Warriors and Pulaski County Lady Maroons met on the soccer field at Northern Middle School on Thursday evening, with crosstown bragging rights firmly on the line. Pulaski hadn't been beaten in five games, Southwestern in four games, so someone's streak had to come to an end.

As it turns out, it was the Warriors who kept their unbeaten streak going as they scored three first-half goals and rode a strong defense to a 3-0 shutout victory over their crosstown rivals.
