LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - A Lincoln woman was arrested Tuesday after police say she pulled a taser on an 11-year-old student outside Park Middle School.
Officers were called to the school shortly after 4 p.m. Staff told police the woman confronted the student near 8th and D streets, accusing him of tripping her son at recess. According to investigators, she then showed the student a taser and asked if he was responsible.
School staff quickly intervened and separated the two.
Police later found the woman at her home, where she was arrested and charged with making terroristic threats.
She posted a $3,500 bond Wednesday. Her next court date is set for Oct. 22.
