(WHTM) - A new mobile unit offering addiction recovery services debuted today in Swatara Township, Dauphin County, providing a more convenient way for residents to access care.

The initiative, unveiled by UPMC and Dauphin County Drug and Alcohol Services, introduces the ability to offer a full continuum of care.

"And I think that's so important because, you know, when your time is limited and you don't have the resources to be constantly going into the physician, you can get it all here," said Kristin Varner, Director of Dauphin County Drug and Alcohol Services.
