John Chattin had been banned from large parts of the city centre
Police have warned they are not afraid to "keep locking up" a man who was jailed for breaching an order that banned him from most of Nottingham city centre . John Chattin was handed a three-year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) in January after he was identified as a "prolific offender" by Nottinghamshire Police .
The 37-year-old, of no fixed abode, had frequently been arrested for offences including robbery, theft, assault and possession of Class A drugs. Under the terms of the order, Chattin was not allowed to enter an exclusion area.
However, he was spotted by police in Cheapside at around 11.30am on Sunday, September 7 and arrested. Appearing at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, September 10, Chat
