Massachusetts Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell announced Thursday that a Suffolk Superior Court judge found in her office's favor in its lawsuit against the gym's parent company CEO Patrick Walsh.
During the pandemic, all Boston Sports Club locations were closed from mid-March 2020 through July 2020. Despite that, Walsh decided to bill members for the month of April.
