The other morning, I was driving to the studio right before the sun came up. A danged ole bat flew across the front of my car! It scared me to death, but I think I scared the bat even more, bless his heart.

He went along his merry way, but it reminded me of how w e used to see an occasional bat flying around the auditorium at Owensboro High School. My friend Tiffany even caught one once as we were trying to rehearse! Here is a picture of me "helping." I was really just running around and squawking, to be honest.
