PLYMOUTH, Mass. —

Jurors on Friday convicted a migrant of raping a teenage girl at a Massachusetts hotel while it was being used as a migrant shelter last year.

Cory Alvarez, 27, was convicted following a four-day trial and less than six hours of jury deliberations, Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy Cruz announced. He was found guilty of aggravated rape of a child with a 10-year age difference. Latest Forecast
