St. CLOUD, Fla. – A retired St. Cloud firefighter/paramedic who was arrested Thursday is accused of using the city’s real-time crime center platform to access several camera feeds.
Theresa Sysol, 41, faces seven counts of accessing a computer or electronic device without authorization and one count of unlawful use of a two-way communication device, the St. Cloud Police Department said in a news release.
Sysol’s alleged activity was discovered during a recent audit of the platform’s users, the release states.
The audit revealed her account credentials had been used to view live video camera feeds between April 2024 and June 2025, any instance of which would have taken place after her retirement in March 2024, the city said.
