CLEVELAND (WJW) - The FOX 8 I-Team has found two Cleveland first responders are under internal investigation for social media posts following the murder of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

The Department of Public Safety confirmed officials are reviewing posts by a Cleveland firefighter and an EMS employee.

The firefighter's post included, "We have assassinations weekly in Cleveland. Do you feel sorry for them or post something for them or their families...Nope, neither did this dude. I ain’t never sympathized with the devil.”

The EMS post included a quote that said, “Some men improve the world only by leaving it.”

Spokesman Jamil Hairston issued a statement saying,
