INDIANAPOLIS -- The Colts defense is going to be missing one key piece against the Broncos , and the availability of another is up in the air.

Indianapolis ruled out cornerbacks Charvarius Ward (concussion) and Jaylon Jones (hamstring) for Sunday's game, likely shifting Mekhi Blackmon into the starting lineup and creating a path for undrafted rookie Johnathan Edwards to see his first NFL action.
