WrestleMania is going overseas for the first time – to Saudi Arabia.

The company announced on Friday that its signature show will be held in Saudi Arabia as part of Riyadh season for WrestleMania 43 in 2027, marking the first time it has left the United States.

It’s the second major WWE premium live event to be held in Saudi Arabia as the Royal Rumble will take place in the capital city in January. 3

WWE has been holding PLEs in the country since it agreed to a 10-year deal with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2018 worth approximately $50 million per show and $100 million annually, according to Wrestlenomics. It held Night of Champions there in June.
