The Ector County Library will host a Hispanic Heritage Month kickoff at 10 a.m. Sept. 15 on the first floor of the library, 321 W. Fifth St.

Hispanic Heritage of Odessa recently announced that Abel Quintela, President of Ace Management Group International Inc., will be honored at its signature event, “Ventanas del Pasado – Windows of the Past.”
