The Heritage School officially opened its new Susie and Jimmy Thomasson Innovation Center for the 2025-26 school year.
Made possible by lead donors Millie and Andy Gosch, the new science and technology space brings together the computer science, physics, robotics and technology departments, along with lower school science, AP biology and a new workshop space.
Equipped with 3D printers, laser cutters, VR headsets, a fully outfitted workshop and advanced biology and physics lab equipment, the facility provides students of all grades with immersive, hands-on opportunities to design, build, test and explore.
Unique to the new space is the Innovare Courtyard, an outdoor lab where students explore renewable energy, robotics, hydroponics and weather tracking. The space currently features solar
