All five defending Section V football champions opened the 2025 season with wins. They’ll look to keep rolling in Week 2.

Aquinas, last year’s Class AA champ, takes on Fairport after both teams rolled in their openers. Eastridge, the reigning Class B winner, faces a tough test against Monroe.
