EATON COUNTY, Mich. (WILX) - Ken Fletcher, the former Delta Township supervisor accused of engaging in sexual text conversations with a minor, has taken a plea deal.

Fletcher is accused of engaging in sexual text conversations with a 15-year-old boy on the dating app ‘Grindr.’ in 2024. The boy was actually an undercover Eaton County deputy.

Fletcher was charged with one count of using a computer to commit a crime, a 4-year felony, alongside accosting a child for immoral purposes.

On Friday, Sept. 12, Fletcher plead guilty to an amended version of the computer crimes charge.

The second charge will be dismissed, the agreement includes no upfront jail. It’s unclear what sentence he will face.
