Kathy Bates, the star of CBS's "Matlock," is making Emmys history as the oldest actress to be nominated for the category of "Lead Actress in a Drama Series" at the age of 77. The most-nominated shows this year are "Severance" with 27 nods, "The Penguin" with 24 and both "The Studio" and "The White Lotus" with 23 each.
