CLEVELAND, Ohio - When Syracuse’s football team defeated UConn 27-20 in overtime last Saturday, fans might have expected the team to go right from the final gun to celebrating.

Instead, they witnessed something unusual: Syracuse coach Fran Brown putting his victorious team through sprints on the field immediately after the final whistle.
