PHOENIX — A homebuilder broke ground for the next phase of the Villas II luxury golf community at Seven Desert Mountain on Tuesday.

Camelot Homes announced the Villas II at Desert Mountain community earlier this year as a sequel to Camelot Homes’ Villas at Desert Mountain. All of the 23 homes in the new community neighbor hole No. 7 at Desert Mountain.

A groundbreaking ceremony attended by Scottsdale Mayor Lisa Borowsky, representatives from Desert Mountain Club, the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce and Camelot Homes was held on Tuesday.

Each of the single-family, detached homes in the community range from 2,768 to 3,305 square feet and prices start at $2.4 million. Each floor plan ranges from two to four bedrooms and 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms.
