SEMINOLE, Fla. (WFLA) — A man was arrested on Wednesday after being accused of threatening to shoot a solar company solicitor in the head.
According to an affidavit, the victim knocked on the door of a Pinellas County residence belonging to 64-year-old David Alfred Albonetti.
Albonetti allegedly told the victim to leave his property, claiming he had his firearm in hand.
The affidavit said that he then told the victim he would shoot him in the head, and later pointed the firearm at the victim stating he was 'suspicious' for knocking on his door.
Albonetti then exited his home and followed the victim down the street still carrying the firearm in his right hand.
The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office arrested Albonetti and he has been charged with aggravated assault.
