Charlotte-based Integral Communities is planning to build a seven-phase development that will consist of 1,261 single-family homes as well as commercial and recreational components.

The development is planned as a seven-phase project on 378 acres. It will consist of 1,261 single-family homes, along with commercial and recreational components.

The developer has submitted a request to rezone the properties to a Planned Development District. An ordinance for the rezoning was introduced at a Florence County Council meeting on August 21st. Construction will begin after the necessary approvals are obtained, and homes are expected to be ready for occupancy in a couple of years.
