KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A man recently released from prison following a murder conviction has been arrested again after a life-threatening shooting in Kansas City.
Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Wednesday, Sept. 10, indicate that Napoleon L. Caruthers, 67, of Kansas City, has been charged with assault in the first degree and armed criminal action.
A probable cause statement filed by the Kansas City Police Department revealed that around 8:30 p.m. on Sept. 8, first responders were called with reports of a medical incident.
