ICE involved in fatal shooting in Chicago during Operation Midway Blitz: Raw scene footage

ICE agents fatally shot a man in a Chicago suburb on Sept. 12. Officials say the man, Silverio Villegas-Gonzalez ,was resisting arrest and dragged an agent with his car in Franklin Park. The ICE agent suffered injuries but is in stable condition.
