PENDLETON, Ind. — The Indiana State Police partnered with several other agencies in a traffic enforcement on Interstate 69 from Friday morning.
According to ISP, the "Late is no excuse" operation took place from 6 to 10 a.m. from mile marker 200 to mile marker 251.
The operation targeted aggressive and dangerous driving behaviours that pose a safety risk.
"This kind of collaboration across jurisdictions shows our shared commitment to keep Indiana roads safe, said Lieutenant Coley McCutcheon, Pendleton District Commander. "Drivers need to understand there is no excuse for putting others at risk. Whether you're late or not, safety must come first."
The following lists the violations that the enforcement zone was focused on. • Speeding • Failure to wear seatbelts • Violation of Indi
