DULUTH — There was no looking past Duluth East for Hermantown junior quarterback Sawyer Senst or any of the Hawks Friday at Ordean Stadium.
The Greyhounds are young and still learning, but with the Hawks scoring 141 points in their first two games, starters like Senst, running back Martin Sleen or receiver Grant Johnson haven’t played a full four quarters yet.
Senst threw for two touchdowns and Sleen had another monster day with 308 yards and three scores in a 42-22 win, but it was by far the most difficult challenge the Hawks have faced this season.
