LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - A Lincoln teen took a plea deal on Friday for shooting and killing his brother on Christmas Eve.
According to court records, 17-year-old Kentrail McDaniel Jr. was found guilty of Manslaughter. In exchange, one count of use of a firearm to commit a felony was dropped. McDaniel Jr. is set to be sentenced on Dec. 3.
McDaniel faces up to twenty-years imprisonment.
