LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - The top-ranked Nebraska volleyball team defeated Utah on Friday to improve its record to 7-0. The Huskers dropped the opening set, but responded in impressive fashion winning set two 25-8. Nebraska rolled from there behind stellar play from its middle blockers. Rebekah Allick recorded a career high 13 kills on .667 hitting, while Andi Jackson added 9 kills.

Junior setter Bergen Reilly posted a double-double for the Huskers with 32 assists and 18 digs.

Midway through the match, Nebraska recognized its 1995 and 2015 NCAA championship teams. Players from those squads paraded their championship trophies onto the court while the sellout crowd roared.

Nebraska returns to action on Saturday at the Devaney Center. The Huskers face Grand Canyon starting at 6:00 p.m.
