DUCHESNE COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — The Duchesne County Sheriff's Office is offering a reward of $20,000 for information on recent attacks on livestock.

According to the Duchesne County Sheriff's Office, law enforcement is actively investigating a livestock shooting in the Tabiona area near State Route 208, in which a cow was shot.

Previously, in late July, a calf was shot and killed in the same general area, and Duchesne County deputies are determining whether or not these two cases are connected.

The Sheriff's office notes that this type of crime results in financial loss for local ranchers. Additionally, it raises concerns about livestock and residential safety within the area. Thus, they are offering a $20,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and the conviction of any indi
