Brett Wolski made history Friday, running for six touchdowns as Marple Newtown routed Harriton, 42-7.

Wolski is just the 22nd player in Delco football history to score at least six touchdowns in a game (passing scores excluded), per Daily Times records. He’s the first since Julz Kelly of Sun Valley did it twice in 2018. The county record is eight by Tony Canci of Sun Valley in 2004 in a game against Oxford.

Wolski ran for touchdowns of 52, 49, 10 and 5 yards to go with two 1-yard scores. His first short touchdown was set up by a 36-yard connection between Sean Grogan and Jack Dean. A 32-yard jet sweep by Dean got to within the shadow of the goal line on Wolski’s second score.
