A multi-vehicle crash on Highway 27 Saturday morning has left a portion of the road closed.

According to TDOT, the crash happened around 8:00am this morning.

It happened between Morrison Springs Road and Signal Mountain Boulevard.

Southbound lanes are closed in this area.

Hamilton County 911 reports there were injuries in the crash.
