A TikTok video shared by the bride's cousin, Caroline Chase, captured the incredibly emotional moment, which was made possible by a song recorded by the grandmother when she was just 18 years old. Chase, 24, spoke to Newsweek about the song choice and what the moment meant to her family, who lost the matriarch in December.
